Funding questions

What businesses should know before applying

Should a company choose a project because a grant is available?

No. The project should start with a genuine business need and measurable outcome. Funding can reduce the cost of an eligible project, but it should not replace the business case.

Can LiT Strategy guarantee grant approval?

No. Eligibility, support level and approval are determined by the relevant government agencies. A consultant can help scope and document the project, but cannot guarantee approval.

When should a company apply?

For many programmes, the company must apply before signing a contract, issuing a purchase order or making payment. Always check the current programme rules before committing to a vendor or consultant.
