CCPs help employers broaden their talent pool or transform their workforce by reskilling mid-career new hires or existing employees into growth roles, with up to 90% salary support during training.

Three modes
Hire a mid-career jobseeker and put them through on-the-job training to take on a new growth role.
Act as host employer, providing training and work attachments in growth roles with good prospects for placement.
Reskill existing employees into growth roles aligned to the Jobs Transformation Maps as their jobs are redesigned.

Since 1 April 2025, Place-and-Train and Job Redesign Reskilling CCPs can support full-time or flexi-load arrangements such as part-time employment.

CCPs, run by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), help employers reskill mid-career new hires or existing employees into growth job roles with good longer-term prospects, with up to 90% salary support.
Generally up to 70% of monthly salary, capped at S$5,000, for Singapore Citizen and PR trainees below 40. For mature trainees aged 40 and above or the long-term unemployed, support is up to 90%, capped at S$7,500 a month. The exact amount depends on the specific CCP.
For selected CCPs that need structured training, a 70% course fee subsidy applies. Employers may receive a further 20% top-up through the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy for mature Singapore Citizens, or Enhanced Training Support for SMEs.
Yes. Under Job Redesign Reskilling, companies send existing employees for reskilling into growth roles aligned to the Jobs Transformation Maps.
