SFEC enhancement from 1 December 2026

Use SFEC credit to offset your WDG(JR+) share upfront

The current SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) gives employers S$10,000 to defray out-of-pocket costs for specified enterprise and workforce transformation programmes on a reimbursement basis. It continues until 30 November 2026 so companies can use their remaining credit. From 1 December 2026, SFEC is redesigned:

  • Eligible companies receive a fresh S$10,000 credit in an online wallet
  • A simple workforce questionnaire unlocks the credit
  • The credit immediately offsets up to 90% of out-of-pocket WDG(JR+) costs, instead of being reimbursed later
  • Credit applies on an all-or-nothing basis: the full eligible offset is deducted, and a partial amount cannot be chosen
  • The credit is currently set to expire on 30 November 2029
